        Automated Mag Bead Nucleic Acid Extractor

        MGISP-NE32 is an automated nucleic acid extractor adopting magnetic rod technology. Together with nucleic acid extraction kit, MGISP-NE32 is able to extract and purify nucleic acid from 16/32 samples in approximately 9 mins.

        Technical Principle

        MGI-Automation-Brochure_V6-1The nucleic acid extraction and purification is performed in four automated steps including lysis, binding, washing and elution. Using magnetic rods and disposable tips, MGISP NE-32 is intended for automated moving and processing of magnetic particles in  a 96 well plate.
